With children being curious and competent, it opens the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and expose their minds to experiences aimed to engage their development. Mandi Day Care is committed to providing an environment that enriches the child and recognizes the child as competent, capable of complex thinking, curious and rich in potential.

In order to engage these vital qualities in young children, our team of qualified and professional Registered Early Childhood and Assistant educators provide quality experiences to enrich the children’s program.

Allowing the child to gain a sense of connectedness with their peers, educators and families and engaging in experiences where they feel valued as an individual participating in a larger group.

Well-Being

Allowing the child to understand themselves as a whole individual capable of engaging in self-care, sense of self and self-regulation skills.

Engagement

Allowing children to become involved within the play environment, encouraging an interest to allow for inquiry based learning. By doing so, it encourages vital skills to grow such as problem solving skills, creative thinking, etc.

Expression

Encouraging children to communicate their beliefs through various forms of communication such as body and verbal language and use of materials. Forms of expression increase the opportunity for literacy engagement.
